Session 12

After receiving information at the University about who might have stolen the page dedicated to the Tower of Flowers from the history book, the heroes decided to take a break for a few days to settle their affairs and regain their strength.

Erdal spent four days selling the gold jewelry obtained in the dungeon during the ninth session and made 65,800 Mysteriums. This money was divided equally between Tari, Erdal, Danaya, Nameless, and Aden, each receiving 13,160 Mysteriums. Erdal spent the night at the tavern.

Tari spent her time gathering information about the new world of Terragon, and rereading Zori’s notes found in her bag. She spent the night in Zori’s shop.

Nameless, along with Name, spent his time in the tavern enjoying a beer.

After resting and regaining their strength, the heroes headed to the Library Tavern to wait for Aelina to speak. During the break, Danaya and Tari went to the dressing room, where Aelina was talking to a young man in an expensive suit. When he left the tavern, Nameless decided to follow him. He saw the young man disappear into one of the houses in the Tower District, on which hung a strange symbol: a triangle with four legs. Nameless returned to the others and shared his observations.

After questioning Aelina about the stolen page, the heroes learned that she would be able to tell more after she finished her presentation, which should end at midnight. Expecting this, they continued to watch the performance. During the show, Aelina fought a stuffed green dragon. Tari decided to prank the audience and created an illusion by making the stuffed dragon turn its head and release a jet of poison into the audience. The audience was frightened, but Aelina deftly destroyed the stuffed dragon and drew a round of applause.

When the clock struck midnight, the heroes left the tavern and, after waiting for Aelina, went with her to the neighborhood of the Workshops. There she told them that she had taken the stolen leaf from the book on the order of the very young man they had seen in the dressing room of the Library.

Having approached the house with the sign of a triangle with four legs, the heroes got inside through the roof of the neighboring building. Walking through the staircases and corridors, they encountered a young man who, upon seeing the uninvited guests, raised his hand in greeting. Tari did not recognize the gesture, however, and Erdal, deciding not to waste any time, began to cast a spell, which led to a fight. Cultists fled into the corridors of the second floor. When it seemed the battle was almost won, a man in a purple robe, protected by a powerful magical barrier, emerged from one of the doors.

Tari suddenly realized that they were in the very headquarters of the Dragon Cult when she saw the man in the purple robe. Realizing her mistake and regretting not recognizing the young man’s greeting, she raised her hand, spreading her fingers in a gesture of welcome to the leader of the Dragon Cult…
