Pale-Bank is a settlement hidden in the wilderness of the Northern Mountains, near Mount Eiselcross. It is home to various races and species, brought together by the legacy of the fallen city of Aeol. The main source of income for the locals is the search for and sale of various artifacts and trinkets from Aeol.
The exact age of the settlement is difficult to determine, as it emerged spontaneously at the site of a temporary camp for treasure hunters who came and went. Since Pale-Bank was never intended as a permanent residence, most buildings are single-story, wooden, and built hastily. The only exception is the tavern, built 70 years ago. This two-story building became a symbol of hope that Pale-Bank might have a future.
